I went to staples tonight and purchased a WRT54G Router on sale for $50 and also received a free PNY 512mb Flash Drive valued at $40.  If that wasn't a good enough deal, after I got the router home I proceeded to flash it using the DD-WRT micro image.  You can read here about what this image has the potential to do for your router, it is insane.

If you would like to flash this router yourself and your serial number on the router begins with CDFD then you can simply follow these instructions here.  Make sure you perform the flash using a wired connection because you do have the potential to brick the router.
