It's interesting you should mention The Pixies as they are indeed one of my all time favs, however I was hard pressed to find an album released by them that "changed" the face of music any, which is unfortunate as they are one of the greats.
You have a pretty good list of albums. I would add some Rush to the list though :)
I don't know that a single Pixies album has changed music, but I think that all of them on the whole has influenced music. For example, according to Kurt Cobain, he was 'basically trying to rip off the Pixies' with his song Smells Like Teen Spirit.
